Three Ways to Find Serial Number
1: Open the small tray beneath where the color bowl sits to find a label with your 15-digit serial number starting with “ZB”.
2: Open the ColorBox app and tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner. After connecting your device, go to “My Device” to find the 15-digit serial number starting with “ZB” next to “No.”
3: You can also find your 15-digit serial number starting with “ZB” on the label located at the bottom left corner of the outer packaging box.
